	The condition of the components from the roof to the basement.
	How things work.
	Major and minor deficiencies.
	How to remedy minor deficiencies.
	Any major expenditures coming up.
	What to watch out for.
	Helpful home preservation tips.

The report will then be reviewed with you to make sure you understand everything. Of course, you get to keep the 33-page bound report for your records.
